Therefore I'd suggest you open a support case with IBM to get that clarified as it should never be required to fix the server.
Original Message. From your previous update I thought that some double quotes are missing. Hence the confusion. If you need to add features you can either use an editor of choice to add the required features to the XML. If you don't want to use the editor there is also an eclipse plug-in available not sure if it exists for other development environments as well which allows you to build the server.
