I would have thought Microsoft would be working to support educators during this time of virtual, blended and off-site learning we have been thrust into because of the pandemic.
Instead, this company has chosen to make it more difficult by removing a valuable resource. Due to time constraints and the lack of a clear answer, I have chosen to use a different comany and resource altogether. And I also find a question about Digital Literacy which was also posted in Digital Literacy Community Forum Microsoft Learning Community on August and I can find other questions posted recently in the same category, so the forum should still be active.
